Moisture Mitigation
Concrete is porous. If water vapor is moving through the slab, a coating can bubble, peel or lose its bond. Basements and slabs without a good vapor barrier are the usual suspects.
We check for moisture before we coat. If the slab needs it, we install a moisture mitigation system as part of the floor. We do not guess and hope.
