Our process
Four steps, in this order, every time. Prep is where floors are won or lost.
Free estimate
You tell us about the floor and what you want. We look at the size, the condition and any moisture or crack issues, and give you a clear estimate.
Grind
We mechanically grind the concrete with vacuums attached for dust control. That removes weak surface layers and old coatings and gives the new coating something to grip.
Repair
Cracks, joints and pitting are filled and leveled. If moisture is a risk, this is where we deal with it, before coating.
Coat
The resin base coat goes down, and decorative flake is broadcast into it for color, texture and a forgiving finish.
Topcoat
A clear protective topcoat seals the floor. We talk through the finish and slip-resistance options with you ahead of time.
